Founder & Managing Director

Built by a Nurse Who Learned to See What Happens Between the Notes.

Dwayne Adams, RN, brings more than two decades of nursing and acute-care experience to Critical Timeline. His Emergency Department background required constant attention to sequence, urgency, reassessment, communication, handoffs, escalation, and documentation.

That experience revealed a recurring problem: the medical record may contain the necessary information without presenting it in a form another person can readily understand. Important events can be scattered across nursing notes, provider documentation, flowsheets, orders, medication records, laboratory results, imaging, and outside facilities.

Critical Timeline was created to reconstruct that fragmented story responsibly—preserving the source, identifying what is documented, distinguishing fact from interpretation, and presenting the information for the decision at hand.

“The record should not become less understandable as it becomes more complete. Our job is to preserve the evidence while making the sequence clear.”— Dwayne Adams, RN

What We Are

More Than Record Summarization. More Disciplined Than Generic AI.

Critical Timeline™ is a Medical Intelligence Company. We organize fragmented medical information, reconstruct documented sequences, add clinically informed context where the engagement permits, identify gaps and discrepancies, and communicate the result in an audience-ready format.

We begin with professional services and standardized human-reviewed workflows. Over time, those workflows support secure collaboration tools, reviewer systems, expert coordination, responsible automation, and future software capabilities.

01

Not a Record-Copying Service

We do not simply rename files or condense pages. The work is structured around a defined audience, purpose, and decision.

02

Not an Autonomous AI Reviewer

Technology may assist controlled organization, extraction, searching, and drafting. Qualified humans remain accountable for client-facing work.

03

Not a Law Firm or Healthcare Provider

We do not provide legal representation, diagnose, recommend treatment, or independently determine negligence, liability, causation, damages, or legal deadlines.

04

Not Limited to Legal Matters

Litigation support is one application of a broader capability: turning complex medical information into organized, traceable understanding.

Our Operating Method

Organize. Understand. Decide.

01 · ORGANIZE
SOURCE INDEXRecord inventory · Provenance · Sequence

Organize

Inventory the source material, preserve provenance, structure the records, and reconstruct the documented sequence.

02 · UNDERSTAND
ISSUE MAPGaps · Discrepancies · Open questions

Understand

Add only the context supported by the selected service and reviewer qualifications. Surface gaps, discrepancies, limitations, and unanswered questions.

03 · DECIDE
AUDIENCE-READY REPORTClear · Scoped · Human-verified

Decide

Present the information in a form that helps the intended audience prepare for the next responsible decision—without substituting for legal, medical, or expert authority.

The Standards Behind the Work

The standard is operational—not ornamental.

01

Accuracy Before Speed

A fast answer has little value if the dates are wrong, the source cannot be located, or the conclusion exceeds what the record supports.

02

Evidence Before Opinion

Documented facts, clinical observations, unanswered questions, limitations, and professional opinions are kept visibly separate.

03

Clarity Without Exaggeration

We make complex information easier to use without manufacturing certainty, overstating significance, or filling record gaps with speculation.

04

Scope With Boundaries

Every engagement identifies its audience, purpose, deliverables, exclusions, timing, and price before substantive work begins.

05

Human Accountability

Technology may assist parts of the workflow, but accountable professionals remain responsible for review, quality control, and client-facing communication.

06

Source Traceability

Material factual statements are connected to defined records whenever the selected service includes source citation.

Who We Serve

The need is shared: complex medical information must become clearer without losing the evidence behind it.

Where We Are Going

Building the Infrastructure for Better Medical Information Decisions.

Critical Timeline begins with carefully scoped professional services because those engagements reveal what clients actually need, where records repeatedly break down, and which workflows can responsibly be standardized.

The long-term vision is a connected Medical Intelligence ecosystem combining standardized services, qualified reviewer networks, expert collaboration, secure client workspaces, responsible AI assistance, and software built from proven workflow demand.

We will not automate professional judgment, present future concepts as current capabilities, or scale faster than our quality and trust systems can support.

Start With the Decision

Complex Medical Information Should Not Remain Difficult to Use.

Tell us who the work is for, what you need to understand or prepare for, and the approximate scope of the records. We will help identify the most appropriate starting point before any medical records are transferred.
