Critical Timeline Trust Center

Trust should be visible in the workflow.

Medical intelligence is only useful when the source can be traced, uncertainty remains visible, access is controlled, and a qualified human remains accountable for the final release.

Evidence discipline

How the work is controlled

Human accountability

Technology may assist organization. RN verification is a defined review step, and QA is distinct when the engagement requires it. Final client-facing work is released through accountable human review.

  • Material event date, time, attribution, description, and source location are checked within the agreed source set.
  • Reviewer identity, verification status, limitations, and release version travel with the work product.
  • AI output is never itself treated as a source citation.

Source traceability

Published material is tied to an available source trail appropriate to the agreed scope.

  • Source IDs and Bates or PDF citations where available
  • Material-event verification and source indexes
  • Record manifest, version control, and release history
  • Visible supplemental-record cutoffs when applicable

Ambiguity & conflict handling

We do not silently choose between conflicting records. A source conflict, ambiguity, unsupported statement, or suspected missing source stays visible until new source support or an authorized scope decision resolves it.

  • Source Conflict
  • Ambiguous
  • Unsupported by Supplied Record
  • Suspected Missing Source

AI governance

AI augments rather than replaces professional judgment. It may assist OCR, classification, sorting, duplicate detection, preliminary extraction, search, structured organization, and internal QA support.

It must not independently provide negligence decisions, liability opinions, causation conclusions, damages calculations, case merit, diagnosis, treatment advice, or legal deadlines.

Data & access practices

Critical Timeline describes controls only when they are operationally verified. Production availability is subject to approved security and contracting controls.

Current production PHI boundary

Medical records are accepted only after engagement through an approved secure transfer workflow. A public-facing form or visible upload surface is not proof that production PHI processing is enabled.

Certifications

Critical Timeline does not display SOC 2, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA certification, or comparable claims merely because a competitor does. A certification is displayed only when it is actually obtained, current, approved, and supported by verification evidence.

No unverified certification claims

Verification evidence and public approval are required before a certification appears here.

Scope boundaries

Critical Timeline™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Critical Timeline does not independently determine negligence, liability, standard of care, causation, damages, case value, legal deadlines, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or replace qualified retained experts. The service organizes, verifies, and clinically contextualizes information only within the supplied record and written scope.

Named reviewer accountability

Know who is accountable for the work.

Reviewer identity, assigned role, verification responsibility, and release status are visible to authorized users when an assigned reviewer has been credential-verified.
