Service-bank controls

Every dollar remains traceable from funding through use or expiration.

1

A funding lot is created

Each monthly payment funds an equal-dollar service-bank lot with its own funding date and 90-day expiration date.

2

The work is scoped

Every chronology, screening, Case Review, update, or support assignment receives a written scope and approved price before production begins.

3

Oldest funds apply first

Available service-bank value is reserved and consumed oldest-first against approved work.

4

Overage is approved

If approved service revenue exceeds available bank value, the remaining amount is invoiced only under the written scope and approval process.

5

Statements stay transparent

Utilization statements show funding, reservations, consumption, adjustments, expiration, and remaining value by lot.

Cancellation stops future funding after the contractual notice period. Existing approved work and eligible service-bank value follow the agreement’s 3060 day wind-down rules; funds are not converted to cash.

Practical examples

Credits reduce the invoice balance—not the value or quality of the work.

Why maintain continuity

Keep recurring clinical work connected without relaxing scope control.

Preserve matter context

Keep published reports, record gaps, approved actions, communications, and supplemental work connected as the matter evolves.

Reduce repeated onboarding

Avoid rebuilding the medical history and review context whenever new records arrive or a new litigation need emerges.

Plan qualified capacity

Use reserved start opportunities and capacity reviews without treating membership as unlimited labor.

Improve portfolio visibility

Give authorized users a clear view of active matters, service-bank activity, published work, and pending decisions.

Data trust

Firm matters remain separated.

Raw client records, narratives, findings, and strategy are not pooled across firms or used to train a shared model. Access is limited by authorized matter, user role, and engagement.

Frequently asked questions

Clear terms before you commit.

Does a Firm Intelligence Account include unlimited medical-record review?

No. Every substantive service remains separately scoped. The account funds approved service value and may provide intake or start-opportunity benefits according to the selected plan.

Does a service-bank credit reduce the service price?

No. Credits reduce the amount currently due. They do not reduce service revenue, reviewer compensation, required QA, or pricing and margin controls.

How long does service-bank value remain available?

Each funding lot has a 90-day credit life. Oldest eligible value is used first. Unused value expires according to the Firm Intelligence Account agreement and has no cash value.

Does a Firm Intelligence Account guarantee Dwayne Adams, RN or another reviewer?

No. An account does not guarantee access to Dwayne, a specific reviewer, a result, or a quantity of labor. Assignment remains subject to scope, specialty, conflicts, authorization, quality, and capacity.

Can a firm use project-based services instead?

Yes. A Firm Intelligence Account is not required for an initial or one-time Critical Timeline engagement.
