Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, signup and terms-acceptance records, professional credentials submitted by nurses, service-intake information, workspace activity, files submitted through an approved case-transfer workflow, payment and subscription status, communications, and security or device logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide Medical Intelligence services, separate and administer matters, verify professional eligibility, match appropriately qualified reviewers, send requested transactional alerts, process payments, secure and audit the platform, meet legal obligations, support users, and improve reliability and workflow quality.
Medical records and PHI
Do not submit medical records or protected health information through public forms, ordinary email, demos, or any area labeled no PHI. Case records may be accepted only through the approved transfer method and only after scope, authority, security, and any required business associate or data-processing agreement are confirmed.
AI-assisted processing
AI features are disabled unless a configured provider and approved workflow are available. When enabled, the interface identifies AI-assisted drafts, requires an authorized human reviewer to verify and approve content before release, and records approval state. Do not place PHI in an AI tool unless the engagement and configured provider expressly permit it.
Sharing
We share information only with authorized workspace users, assigned and credentialed reviewers, service providers needed to operate and secure the platform, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and a successor in a lawful business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality. We do not sell identifiable medical records or identifiable case strategy.
Retention and security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the service and retain information for the period needed to provide services, document consent and professional work, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. No system is completely secure, and users must protect credentials and promptly report suspected incidents.
Choices and requests
You may change nurse job-alert preferences inside Nurse Intelligence Studio. You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about applicable privacy rights by emailing privacy@criticaltimeline.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, audit, professional, or dispute purposes.
