Final pricing depends on record volume, record quality, number of facilities, date range, specialty, urgency, requested depth, supplemental records, OCR quality, duplicate burden, and requested verification level. Every engagement is confirmed in writing before production begins.

Supplemental records: Records received after the agreed cutoff are reviewed and priced before addendum work begins.
Additional facility, specialty, or date range: May move the matter to a higher tier or trigger a written change order.
Poor scans, OCR failure, or duplicate control: Additional record-processing time or a higher tier is quoted before affected work begins.
Priority · 3–5 business days: Adds 25%–50% only when quality and capacity can be protected.
Rush · 24–72 hours: Adds 75%–100% or 1.5×–2.0×; founder approval and a narrowed scope are required.
Revisions: One consolidated factual-correction round is included unless the service agreement states otherwise. New analysis or new records are additional scope.
